
Miranda Bell is an Associate Director of CUREE. She has held senior management positions in higher education, specialising in communications, marketing, networks and partnership development. She has subsequently been consistently active in communicating good practice across education sectors, as an editor, research manager and commissioner, consultant and adviser. She has also worked internationally. As Associate Director, she focuses on the development and support of effective research partnerships and communication strategies designed to promote educational practitioners' engagement with research evidence. As CUREE's Editor-in-chief she has overseen the production of evidence and research bulletins and a range of client publications. She has also played a leading role in the conduct of large scale systematic research reviews and in research and evaluation projects for QCDA, GTC and TDA. She is currently directing a number of projects, including GTC's Research for Teachers and a research review into practitioner use of research and evidence across education, health and social care. Miranda has a BA (Hons) History, MA and MEd (Comparative Education and Educational Planning.)
