- CPD Standard - Pathway -The CPD Standard Pathway is a school-friendly tool to help you prioritise and plan effective continuing professional development and learning. Developed jointly with The West Midlands CPD Partnership the Pathway is a tool to help CPD leaders ( in primary and secondary settings) make best use of the CPD Standard. The Pathway provides a path of key questions and examples of practice relating to each part of the Standard,along with links to useful resources and underpinning evidence
