Britannia Teaching School Alliance (BTSA) is a cohort 2 teaching school. BTSA are committed to improving educational outcomes for children and young people. Their mission is to develop the best trained and supported workforce possible. They aim to provide an excellent all round education to the children in their care.
o We were excited to have been working with Britannia Teaching School Alliance in order to carry out an analysis and assessment of the BTSA’s Effective Classroom Support programme, which is a training programme for Teaching Assistants (TAs).
