SSAT Enterprise Project

CUREE has been working with Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT) on its major programme to support and improve both the quality and quantity of enterprise education in England for those aged 5 -19. CUREE’s efforts and contribution centre on the delivery of co-coaching training for SSAT Regional Enterprise Coordinators and Enterprise Learning Partnership Coordinators aiming to build ownership, sustainability, flexibility, confidence, modelled behaviours, quality of outcomes and collaboration.

The programme includes development for the SSAT regional co-ordinators helping them to co-construct the professional learning dialogue which will be a key part of the set-up and support process. There will be separate training for the Enterprise Learning Partnership co-ordinators helping them to view the relationship as a co-coaching one in which they can develop their role and effectiveness.

The first training session for the Regional Enterprise Co-ordinators was in February and the programmes for the Enterprise Learning Partnerships will be spread throughout 2009. For more information about the Enterprise programme as a whole visit www.enterprisevillage.co.uk
