They include a review of the research literature looking for evidence of impact on pupils of leadership, school improvement and curriculum; a study of the leaderdhip of learning by leaders in 13 school trusts and federations; and an international study looking at the formal support (or otherwise!) of the formation of teachers' professional identities.
